DATUS believes that education that is not tailored to benefit the society is a failure. Datus therefore trains students to undertake projects like clean-up campaigns in the Accra metropolis. The Founder, like any other philanthropist, was guided and motivated by the philosophy of sharing whatever he had with the needy, hence the name, “DATUS” which means, “GIVING”. Even though he is no more, the school continues to continue the legacy he left behind by making donations some groups in the society. |
